This service enables authorized personnel to request physical access to secure data centers and technology closets, as well as report environmental or utility issues affecting IT space operations, such as heating, cooling, or power anomalies.
Who is Eligible?
- Site Access
- Active faculty and staff or third-party vendors and contractors with a valid business reason for accessing physical IT sites.
- HVAC/Electrical Issues
- Anyone with a valid NetID can report environmental or utility issues with physical IT sites.
Prerequisites and Expectations
University Technology Services (UTS) network and infrastructure teams will evaluate submitted requests or incidents and reach out for more information if necessary. Site access requests may require additional approvals before authorization is granted.
