For users of Macbooks with M series processors.
If you ever noticed when plugged into a classroom system during video playback issues such as:
- Video pauses and jumps ahead
- or video will not load
- or audio glitches
- or audio will not play.
but it will work just fine when the HDMI cable is unplugged.
This is a known problem for Macbooks with an M series processor. To fix the issue, perform the following procedure.
- Plug Macbook into the room system and confirm video connection
- Reboot computer.
Afterward the video and audio should play back correctly.
