Logging into BDM

The web based front end user interface for Banner Document Management is called ApplicationEnhancer. This is where all scanning, uploading, querying and viewing of documents occur. This page will discus how to reach ApplicationEnhancer.

A user may log into AppEnhancer via a Banner Admin Page or directly using CAS Single Sign On (SSO)

Who is Eligible?

Active Faculty or Staff

Logging in to Banner Document Management (BDM) ApplicationEnhancer Through Banner Admin Pages

Log into Banner as you usually would.

Select the Banner Admin Page you wish to launch ApplicationEnhancer from.

You may add documents to the system by clicking the ADD Button.

You may view documents from the system by clicking the RETRIEVE Button.

The URLS for logging in to ApplicationEnhancer via SSO can be found on the UTS Banner Home Page.

The URLs are:

TEST: https://bandoctest.oakland.edu/AppEnhancer/?sso=true

PROD: https://bandoc.oakland.edu/AppEnhancer/?sso=true

After clicking one of the above links, you will need to enter your Net ID and Net ID password. This will log you in directly to Open Text ApplicationEnhancer
