How to Import Electronic Files in BDM

  • Log in to BDM
  • On the left, click on the application that you wish to import a new document into
  • In the main page, click the "New Document" button

  • Click the "Add Page" button

  • This will bring up the "Add New Page" file selector

Pop-up window titled "Add New Page." It features a "Choose Files" button, a dropdown menu labeled "Insert After," and "Upload" and "Cancel" buttons.

  • Click "Choose Files"
  • Select the file you wish to upload from the windows explorer
  • Click "Open" on the windows explorer
  • Click "Upload"
  • Index the new page as you normally would
    • NOTE: You can use the "Insert" drop down menu to insert before or after your current page or simply append to the end of an existing document
