Pick the appropriate option under Access Links / Production or Test. Note:
Pick eLauncher (If first time you will need to install eLauncher. )
Duo (two-factor authentication) is required
Use your NetID

If eLauncher fails to launch, Evisions has a work-around known as {MAPS-3783}. Evisions suggests adding /Argos to the end of your url:
https://evisionsprod.oakland.edu
and then hit enter
