Request a Service or Report an Issue in the New Self-Service Portal
- To submit a service request or to report a technology issue, navigate to the Self-Service Portal at support.oakland.edu.
- Sign-in to the Self-Service Support Center by clicking the "Sign In" button from the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Enter your Oakland University NetID (email address) and password, if you cannot log in, reset your password at https://netid.oakland.edu/profile/.
- Once authenticated and logged in, click the "Submit a Request" button to search for a service and submit a request. To report, an issue click on the "Report at IT Issue" button.
- Click the "Service Catalog" button to view all technology services.
