Cisco 6941 Standard 4 Line

  1. Handset MWI - MWI flashing red indicates an incoming call or steady red indicates a new voice message.
  2. LCD screen - Displays information such as incoming/outgoing call status, directories, line status, phone configuration options and soft key tabs. Also, shows dedicated phone line labels.
  3. Feature Buttons - Depending on configuration, programmable buttons provide access to:
    • Phone lines (line buttons)
    • Speed-dial numbers (speed-dial buttons, including the BLF speed-dial features)
    • Buttons light to indicate status:
      • Green, steady: Active call, answering call
      • Green, flashing: Held call
      • Amber, steady: DND active
      • Amber, flashing: Incoming call or reverting call
      • Red, steady: Remote line in use or parked
      • Red, flashing: Remote line on hold
  4. Programmable Soft Key Buttons
    • Main Screen - Redial, New Call, Fwd All
    • Handset or Speaker active - Redial, Cancel, Fwd All, Pick-up, Grfoup Pick-up
  5. Transfer Key - Transfers active calls to another extension.
  6. Conference Button - Initiate a conference call.
  7. Hold Button - Place an active call on hold.
  8. Navigation Bar/Select Button - The navigation bar allows you to scroll up and down on LCD screen. Allows you to scroll through menus, highlight items, and display speed dials list if you press down when the phone is on-hook. Display phone numbers from your Placed Calls if you press up when the phone is on-hook.
  9. Headset button - Toggle the headset on and off, when active the button is lit.
  10. Speaker Button - Toggle the speaker on and off, when active the button is lit.
  11. Dial Pad - Traditional telephone keypad.
  12. Mute button - Toggle mute on and off, when active the button is lit.
  13. Volume Button - Increases or decreases handset, headset, ringer, or speakerphone volume.
  14. Message Button - One button access to voice mail.
  15. Application button - Provides access to phone settings such as call history, user preferences, phone configuration (including administration settings, device configuration, network configuration, and other common configurations), and phone model information.
  16. Contacts Button - Access to phone directories.
  17. Handset - Phone Handset.

Cisco 6961 Standard 12 Line

Cisco 7915 Expansion Module for 7962

A Cisco IP Phone 7915 expansion module featuring a rectangular LCD screen with 12 button keys on the right side. The device is dark gray with a simple, functional design. A small cable extends from the bottom left corner.

The Cisco Unified IP Phone Expansion Module 7915 extends the capabilities of the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7962G with additional buttons and an LCD display. With this expansion module, you add 12 physical keys with access to 12 additional keys through the page keys for a total of 24 buttons to the existing six buttons of the Cisco Unified IP Phone 7962G. You can use up to two Cisco Unified IP Phone Expansion Module 7915 modules.
