How Do I Add Additional Content to MySAIL?

  1. Click "Find New Widgets"

  1. On the "Find New Widgets" Page, a list of stuff to add can be found. This list can be filtered with a search. Click the "Add to Dashboard" button for your desired widget to add it to the MySAIL dashboard

How do I Add Items to the Sidebar?

  1. Click the three-lined "hamburger" menu in the upper-left corner of the website

How Do I Get to SAIL, Webmail, eBill, and Moodle?

  1. SAIL and eBill can be found within the sidebar menu of the MySAIL homepage. Moodle & Webmail can be found within the "G Suite" and "Moodle" widgets respectively

How Do I View My Grades?

  1. Navigate to the MySAIL panel, scroll down to the "Courses" widget
    • Click the "Grades" tab to view final grades. Current, non-finalized course grades can be found within Moodle
    • The upper-right drop-down within the "Courses" widget can be used to change the semester that is currently being viewed

Why Do I Need to Logout of MySAIL?

  1. Signing out of the Portal will sign out of all open links. Signing out prevents people from accessing your account and the information therein from your computer
    • Once logged out, your screen should show that you have been successfully logged out
    • You can sign-out of the portal by clicking your profile icon from the upper-right corner of the window

  1. Click "Log Out"

Where Do I Go For My Transcript?

  1. Expand the sidebar menu from the upper-right corner of the website

  1. Under the "Transcripts" toolbar item, click "View Transcripts" to view an Unofficial Transcript
    • For Official Transcripts (that may be requested by an employer or another academic institution), click "Order Transcripts"
