Marketplace Access


- Click "New User" to create an account

- Enter the Net ID into the "User name" field

- Enter and confirm the temporary password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields. The system will check that the password requirements are being met

- Enter the first name, last name and email address into the remaining fields

- Click "Save"
- Under "Roles" find and select "View U.Commerce"
- Click the "Add" button to add the role to the user

Print the Form for Pick UP

Close the Ticket
- Update the ticket with the MarketplaceNew Quick Message
- Add the new user as a CC in the ticket so they get the pick up instructions
- Resolve ticket
Route the From back to SBS for completion
TouchNet U.Commerce accounts have been created for you in the production and test environments to match your NetID.
Account credentials must be picked up at 220 Dodge Hall (service half-door). The individual for whom the account was created must pick up the account credentials, and the individual will be required to show a picture id. Office hours are 8AM to noon and 1-5PM, Monday-Friday

Locking/Unlocking/Resetting the Account
- Log into U.Commerce
- Search for the user that is intended to be locked or unlocked
- Click on that user
- Click the Lock or Unlock button
- Add the ticket number in the "Reason for Unlocking" field
- Click the Unlock Account button
